I have known Stephen Fry, the owner of this company, for over five years, prior to him setting up Pluto Plumbing Limited.
He is an excellent engineer, utterly and completely reliable, always does what he promises and offers sound advice and solutions.
I have no hesitation in recommending him and no Pluto Plumbing to family and friends including businesses and the feedback I have received has always been excellent.

Steve and team has worked on my 1930's house and placed a new Megaflo and boiler system, completely overhauling the plumbing system. Steve's attention to detail, support and knowledge is second to none. I have every confidence that Steve would support any plumbing requirement in your place and can highly recommend his services!

Steve replaced our condemned boiler within a week (thankfully as it was end Jan) and the new Vaillant has been amazing. He did a great job at a reasonable price with good advice on the side. We asked him to install a new radiator which he did in no time and again very competitive cost. We've also subsequently had a leaking ensuite shower room refurbished by the team, again quick and cost effective after good advice. We'll be calling on Steve again soon if we need anything else doing.

Oliver was clean, courteous, helpful and explained everything throughout my boiler replacement and also replaced my toilet ball valve at no extra cost.
I couldn’t be happier.

Would highly recommend Pluto Plumbers for any job you need, we wouldn't look anywhere else now!
We've used Steve on numerous occasions since moving into our house a year ago. From toilet malfunctions, new radiators, a new boiler (and servicing) to the plumbing for our new kitchen.
First and foremost the work is always done to an incredibly high standard but he is also very knowledgeable and transparent on what needs to be done and pricing.
He's reliable and personable - it's always a pleasure to have him here when doing the work!

Absolutely top-class service! The plumber was professional, punctual, and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently without any hassle. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.
On top of that, he explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice to prevent future problems. Fair pricing and great communication throughout.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber!
